Countrywide Wiltshire approached Salesbond to build their pipeline with quality prospects following a change from their in-house marketing team from telesales to more direct e-marketing activities. Wiltshire wanted to continue to have the telesales function due to the personal contact and relationships that this form of sales involves compared to e-marketing.
We started working for Countrywide in October 2020, dialling 4 days a month initially but suspended the campaign due to the January 2021 Covid lockdown. We recommenced in March 2021 and reduced our dialling days to 2 days per month in July 2021 to work in line with budgetary requirements.
The campaign has been extremely successful due to a good, solid value proposition, quality data, and an engaged client.
